Yes, we offer COD across most pin codes in India. We work with all major logistics partners, and while rare, some pin codes may not be serviceable. However, in most cases, COD is available pan-India for a smooth shopping experience.

8. What is your exchange policy?

If you receive the wrong product or incorrect size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging & tags. A ₹120 shipping charge applies for exchange and reverse pickup. If the correct size was delivered as per your order, no exchange shall be executed. Please check the size guide before ordering. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. A ₹120 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.
