Return & Exchange Policy

At ParamBhakt, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Important Notes Before Ordering:

Please check your size carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary exchanges.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests to verify product condition.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a pickup within 2-3 working days of your request.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging & tags.
If the product doesn’t meet these conditions, the exchange request will be declined, and the item will be sent back.
A ₹120 shipping charge applies for exchange and reverse pickup.

Return Policy

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

A reverse pickup will be arranged for your convenience.
Contact our customer support via call or WhatsApp to initiate the return.
An unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
A ₹120 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

The original shipping & COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
A ₹120 reverse shipping charge applies, and the remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.
