Return & Exchange Policy

1. Ownership & Applicability

This Return & Exchange Policy governs all purchases made through www.parambhakt.in, a brand owned and operated by Vayuvigor Tech Innovations LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website and placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Policy and all associated Terms & Conditions of Parambhakt.

2. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day replacement or return policy from the date of delivery.

• Any request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.

• Only one (1) replacement or exchange is permitted per order. No multiple replacements or repeated claims shall be entertained.

• Kindly ensure you choose your size and product details accurately before placing an order to avoid inconvenience.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fairness and transparency, customers must record a full unboxing video at the time of opening their parcel.

• The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and product received.

• Without a proper unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.

• This policy helps protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent or misleading claims.

4. Conditions for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement shall be accepted only under the following conditions:

1. The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the order placed.

2. The product is returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

3. The unboxing video clearly supports the claim.

4. The customer reports the issue within 7 days from delivery with valid proof.

Products failing to meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.

5. Size-Related Exchanges

• Size exchanges are allowed only once per order, provided the requested size is available in stock.

• The customer must bear two-way shipping costs (pickup + reshipment) for size exchanges.

• Post the first replacement, no further exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstance.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, sanctity, or limited-edition nature, including but not limited to:

• Pooja kits, Rudraksha products, spiritual accessories, or any item used for religious offering.

• Any customized or personalized product.

• Any product purchased during flash sales, festival offers, or clearance discounts.

• No Returns for Change of Mind

  Parambhakt follows a No Return and No Refund policy for change of mind, personal preference, fit preference, colour preference, delay within reasonable operational circumstances, or where the customer no longer wishes to retain the product. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot ordinarily be returned merely because the product does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.

  Exchange / Replacement

  Eligible products may be considered for a size exchange or replacement only, subject to Parambhakt’s approval, product eligibility, stock availability, applicable exchange charges, and fulfilment of the conditions stated in this policy.

  In the case of a genuine manufacturing defect, damaged product, incorrect product supplied, or any other matter requiring remedy under applicable law, the customer must contact Parambhakt within the applicable period and provide the order details, photographs/videos and mandatory unboxing video, wherever required for verification.

  All exchange or replacement requests remain subject to inspection and quality verification.

  Customer-Caused Delivery / Transit Issues

  Where additional logistics, re-shipping, reverse pickup, address correction or other costs arise due to circumstances attributable to the customer — including an incorrect/incomplete address or PIN code, refusal to accept delivery, non-availability, incorrect contact information, repeated delivery failure, or any other customer-side issue — Parambhakt reserves the right to recover or deduct the reasonable additional logistics and handling costs incurred in connection with such shipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  Exceptional Returns

  Where Parambhakt, at its sole discretion and beyond the standard policy, approves a return in an exceptional case, such approval shall not create a precedent or entitlement for any other order.

  Unless a monetary refund is specifically required under applicable law or expressly approved by Parambhakt, the value of an exceptionally accepted return may be issued as store credit, after deduction of applicable reverse-shipping, handling, COD, shipping or other reasonable charges associated with the order.

  Original shipping charges, COD charges and other service/logistics charges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  Parambhakt reserves the right to reject any return, exchange or replacement request that does not satisfy the conditions of this policy.

7. Fraudulent Claims & Legal Notice

Any false, fraudulent, or misleading return/exchange claim will be considered a deliberate misuse of our services.
Parambhakt and Vayuvigor Tech Innovations LLP reserve the full right to:

• Reject such claims without notice, and

• Pursue legal action under applicable laws for any attempt to defame, defraud, or exploit the brand.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. Binding Terms

By completing an order on www.parambhakt.in, you automatically acknowledge and agree that:

• You are bound by this Return & Exchange Policy, and

• No claim shall be entertained outside the scope defined herein.

This Policy has been designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity — principles that form the foundation of Parambhakt’s divine commitment to its customers.
