Parambhakt is operated by Vayuvigor Tech Innovations LLP (LLPIN: ACB-7624), having its registered office in Thane, Maharashtra, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your details.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, design, pricing, or offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Product images are for representation; minor variations may occur.

3. Orders, Payments & Verification

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Cancel or refuse any order

    • Verify orders before processing

    • Limit quantities per user

  • We use third-party payment gateways for processing payments and are not liable for any transaction failures, delays, or security issues arising from such providers.

4. Shipping, Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • We ship across India via third-party logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • In case:

    • Customer is unreachable

    • Incorrect/incomplete address is provided

    • Delivery is refused without valid reason

    the order may be marked RTO (Return to Origin).

  • In such cases:

    • Re-shipping charges and/or return handling charges may be applicable

    • Future COD orders may be restricted

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy available on the website.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the policy and conditions mentioned therein.

  • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

  • Refunds, if applicable, may be issued as store credit or as per policy terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including designs, visuals, text, graphics, and branding elements, are used by us as owned, licensed, or permitted/publicly available to use.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misuse of such content is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
